“Broadband problems from a citizen's perspective”

Don’t let our polite, well mannered, web site hide the fact that members are angry and frustrated.
I’ve got Broadband now. I can focus on the campaign without anger.
I can be relaxed, and keep continually pushing.

The members are not happy.

One member we met in the pub was livid. Bright red.
I was seriously concerned about him. He uses Carrier Pre-Selection.
He spoke about the lack of help he was getting from BT. He needs Broadband!

Broadband is considered a “must have” in the IT industry;
The people we work with forget about their slow dial-up cousins in MK

People have moved house just to get Broadband.
Advertisements have started to appear in property pages saying “Broadband Enabled.”
How soon before property prices take a dive?
