My Advice

For "Needs Survey", "No Line of sight" and "No Line of Sight, installers have been out, customer aware" you'll have to wait on NTL's next move. Their email address is Trials@ntl.com.

For "Not On Database, Contract not Received" and "On Database, No contract received" I'd chase up the council. Their email address is broadbandtrial@milton-keynes.gov.uk.
