BT Meeting

Here's a brief report of our meeting with BT, held on 4th June 2004 at Phoenix House.

Report Summary

BT are using the Broadband Action Group survey results to match up any common problems also reported by ISPs.

708 members have replied to the survey, that’s well over half the membership.

So far, 93 members have said they couldn’t get on the BT MK Trial. BT will be providing an email address for members to provide direct feedback with trial issues.

BT are aware that ISDN customers are very unhappy about being excluded from the trial.

BT say there’s still plenty of room on the trial.
