My Inbox
There must be folk working from home today. The following encouraging emails
came within a few minutes of each other:

I am now connected to broadband. YES Thanks for all the info and help you
have provided over the last several months.

| Just to let you know. I now have half mega bit broadband
working in Crownhill. Adam, Crownhill |
This is just a quick email to let you know of the success
I've had in getting broadband, as a direct result form your web-site.
Having just moved to Blue Bridge (thinking I could get broadband), I moved
in to discover a leaflet telling me to join the bb4mk campaign.
I waited until my telephone line was activated and then did a broadband
check - the result was that I was too far from the exchange to get it.
I then read practically every page on your web site (I had almost forgotten
how slow 56k dial-up was!), and from the info on your web site I was certain
that I should be able to get it. I saw the contact info for Serena @ BT, and
rang. I actually got dealt with by Tina, who I must say is a credit to BT
and their broadband endeavours. She told me that she'd look into it and get
back to me later that day. To my surprise, she did indeed phone back later
that day, and told me that she was getting the engineers to look into it,
and she would get back to me in a couple of days. Two days later and she
phoned me to let me know that it did indeed appear as if I could get
broadband, but would need a further line test done.
I ordered broadband that day (Thursday), and by Monday I had the results
back - Broadband was ok!
It got activated today and I once more happy that I can use the internet the
way it was meant to be!
So a big thanks to all at BT, and of course the BB4MK action group - keep up
the good work!

Serena a call!] |
